What is one thing you’ve learned about yourself while working at RTC?

The journey of growth that I have been on is truly incredible. If you would have asked me when I first started here if I thought I would be sitting at the leadership table of this company, I would have thought you were crazy. Corey sees such potential in all of us and inspires us to step out of our comfort zone. Through his guidance and our EOS journey, I have grown into a servant leader and have done more than I ever thought I was capable of. I am proud of myself and even more excited to continue my path of leaning into learning and seeing what lies ahead.

What do RTC’s core values mean to you or how do you live them in your daily work?

The values are a beautiful guiding compass for us. “Own It” was one that always spoke to me as I take a lot of pride in it. If someone passes something along to me, I want to make sure I do my part and do it well. Lately, I have been living in “Leaning into Learning,” as I have taken on new responsibilities. Things have been a little intimidating at times, but for the most part, it has been fun learning all these new things, and I am enjoying the ride!

If you could describe RTC in one word, what would it be?

LOVE! Not only does the word spell out our internal core values, but it is something that is felt in everything we do. We love big here at RTC and that is something that makes my heart happy as leading with love is needed more than ever.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?

Oh, definitely an early bird. I tell everyone on our team frequently that I am an old lady that needs her sleep. I am someone that requires 8–9 hours of good sleep, or I am not my best self. Plus, I love the quiet in the early morning, sipping my coffee, and the uninterrupted time to jumpstart my day. There are even some other mornings when I like to spice it up before all of my calls and put on my favorite jams to start my day! #MusicFuelsMySoul

What is your Enneagram number?

I am Type Eight, which is The Protector and very much in alignment with my “Mama Bear” nature. I am new to Enneagram and how it all works, but I find it pretty fascinating as I continue to learn more about it.
