What is your favorite aspect about working for RTC?
I have a two favorite reasons. The first is making my own schedule. There is no set 9–5 workday required. The second is the team collaboration and sharing in the wins and losses. I have worked for places where others would take credit for something they didn’t do and get away with it, but not here though. I love that Round Table Companies is conscious about how it treats its team, clients, and vendors.
How do you get into “the zone” when it comes to diving into your work?
I shut off my email and turn on Pandora. Hopefully in my office away from others, but if not, with my headphones on.
What is one thing you’ve learned about yourself while working at RTC?
I’ve learned that being close-minded is not an option! To work in a business that is growing and constantly evolving, you must be able to adapt your thinking, be willing to try and fail, and open to new ways of doing things.
