Receive value or your money back. We believe in the transformative power of our programs and your investment is protected by our 90-day money-back guarantee. We talk a lot about trust and courage at RTC, and our refund policy is no exception! Thus, we ask that at least 70 percent of your registered team members complete the coursework as intended. If you purchased an individual seat, we ask that you complete the coursework as intended. If you then decide the course is not providing value or isn’t the right fit for you or your organization for any reason, send us an email at [email protected] to let us know.

Live facilitation service upgrades for multiseat purchases are nonrefundable unless the facilitation service is canceled prior to submitting your list of employees for registration in the course.

When we receive your message, our team will then provide you with a secure upload link to send us a copy of your receipt and a questionnaire to ask what didn’t work for you so we can learn and improve.

We will refund your full purchase price minus transaction fees at our sole discretion if full compliance with the above has been met.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. The time that it takes for a refund credit to appear on your account may vary based on the form of payment used.

Any initial deposit paid prior to signing a formal speaking agreement is refundable within 90 days if we are unable to accommodate your event date. Once a formal speaking agreement is signed, the terms of that agreement will apply.
