The Uniqueness of Purpose: How Our Stories Shape What We Stand For
Individuals have been compared to the stars, to snowflakes, to grains of sand. Our individuality is prided on our unique way of being in the world; and yet, what truly showcases the human spirit are stories. Stories about how we all fall in love; all experience death and loss, failures and triumphs—which also highlight our unique choices along the journey.

This story of your life derives directly from the results of Our Courageous Culture: My Powerful Purpose, a workshop that guides you in articulating a deeply personal purpose statement and connects it to the work you do today. The results of this experience include discovering what you stand for and what you most want to avoid in life (otherwise known as your “polarity”). We call these two forces a “pairing” of your purpose.
In all the participants who have completed the purpose workshop so far, the pairings between what they stand for and their polarity continue to be incredibly unique. Their stories are incredibly unique.
