Whether it is our fear of rejection, or our belief that we aren't worthy enough to fulfill our potential, showing our authentic selves to one another can be terrifying.

And yet, consider what your world would look like if everyone around you saw you through the eyes of those who love you most?

The eyes of acceptance are freeing and they allow us to feel the confidence to fly. Imagine a world where you felt free to be you. Personally… professionally… YOU.

Would life be more rich? More vibrant? Full of more opportunity?

Yes. The answer is YES. No question. I’ve seen it time and again in my clients as they share their stories and I’ve personally experienced this kind of freedom through my work.

You will learn:

2. What agreements you need to put in place with others. How to build your confidence.

3. What to expect when you start changing from this work.

Who Am I to Offer This Guidance?

If you already know me, you likely know how committed I am to this topic of vulnerability. If not, I encourage you to take a look at my TEDx talk Vulnerability is Sexy. It is incredibly personal and I'm honored to share it with you. Once you watch it, I hope you see that I'm someone who can guide you into your own expression of deeper authenticity.

Before I started RTC, I was a professional actor in Los Angeles.

My first claim to fame was starring in a Mountain Dew commercial that went on to be named one of the 50 best Superbowl commercials of all time. Then I was cast in this commercial for Yard Fitness that would go on to win a number of major advertising awards, be featured on best commercial television shows, and land my picture in Sports Illustrated.

For the past 10 years, I've run Round Table Companies (RTC), a creative agency. We use storytelling to drive personal and organizational identity shift, culture change, and to create story-based dynamic marketing. We help people write the books they were born to write, produce and package graphic novels, create online communities and thought leadership platforms, and speak from the stage.

Here is my personal invitation.

I believe that these tips on leading with vulnerability can change your life.
I hope you will join me.
